A Study Of Agile Supply Chain Management Of Auto Industry Based On Electronic Commerce Center

Since 1990 's, with the development of information and network technology, the tendency of the whole world and integration is speeding up increasingly. We need a new type of commerce to accord with the tendency, so the e-commerce turns up overwhelmingly as a sign of new economics. The development of e-commerce causes that the contest between the enterprises extensively. Now the contest between enterprises is turning to agile supply chains.Agile supply chain management based on E-commerce centre in this dissertation predicates a supply chain management which can response the market needs quickly under the e-business or e-commerce supply chain management (E-SCM) environment. E-SCM becomes a kind of new important pattern of management that is widely used in foreign auto manufacturing industry.How do our country's automotive enterprises adopt this new management to keep in step with the development of foreign and not defeat in drastic competition is a emergent task. This dissertation studies the pattern and application of agile supply chain management in auto manufacturing enterprise-oriented under the e-commerce environment.Firstly, the background, objective, content and method are presented in the first chapter of the dissertation;Secondly, the features of supply chain system of automotive industry are studied, and the two typical e-commerce centre systems used abroad and their differences are analyzed, furthermore, the development situation of automotive industry under the E-commerce environment in China is also studied;Thirdly, according to the requirement of global competition in automotive industry, the dissertation suggests an agile supply chain system based on e-commerce centre to be built, and the needed technologies and competition strategies of the system is given; Then, Combined the characteristics of agile supply chain and e-commerce centre, a CNX (China Automotive Network eXchange) system is built in the dissertation, in addition, an integrated system of agile supply chain management system based on CNX is given and the features and the implement requirements of the system are also represented in the dissertation.At last, the summary and prospect of this system is described.
