With economic globalization, the competition is not just between with the company but the Supply Chain. How to win this competition in such a Supply Chain environment is a big problem to us. As a part of product management, research in production scheduling problem based on supply chain is very important. It can notable improve the productivity of the company and the competitive ability of whole Supply Chain.This article starting with the influence of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to production scheduling problem, a new methodology and support tool of production scheduling based on supply chain management has been developed in this paper.The main works of this paper are:1.This article discusses Production scheduling problem based on supply chain. We give a two-layer multi-agent system model. Because of the self-rule and agile cooperation between Agents, we can use it to resolve the production scheduling problem based on supply chain.2.In this article, we analyze production scheduling problem in different levels, production scheduling problem within a company, production scheduling problem based on agile manufacturing and dynamic alliance and production scheduling problem based on supply chain, we discussing production scheduling problem based on supply chain in detail specially.3.Explain the newest methodology of production scheduling problem base on Agile Manufacturing and Dynamic Alliance. Discuss the characteristic of the production scheduling problem base on Agile Manufacturing and Dynamic Alliance, and giving the general method to solve it.4.For Multi-agent system, we discuss the organize model of the agents, its'cooperate mechanism, decision-making method, guideline system and so on. We gave acceptable system architecture and the solve problem method.5.Research the detail technical level of the system, the architecture we selectedand the software we use to build this system. For the next step of the research work, we do some deeply and something useful for the implement of this Multi-agent system.
