The Business Mode Transformation Of The Weilin Real Estate Corporation Under The New Government Policies

This paper is a study on transformation of the real estate corporation in a series of "new policy". The series of regulatory policy had a tremendous impact on land acquisition, financing and the transaction revenue etc, thus affecting the competitiveness of enterprises in this industry. Rational enterprises should rethink their business models and strategic choices under the new circumstance to found a new and more broad space for development. Depth analysis of the changes in the business environment during this period will help to make the right choices, leading enterprises to scientific and comprehensive understanding of the situation and ensuring a smooth transition.The SWOT analysis and strategic theory are the basic methods of this paper. First, we introduce the definition of competitive business model and strategic theory. The paper discussed the basic theory of strategic choice on the traditional real estate business model; The drive of the change in the real estate industry under the external environment was described through three aspects: the development history of real estate in China, the target of these series macroeconomic policy and the trend of further regulations; Then the industrial analysis of the Weilin Real Estate Co. was given in SWOT method, which providing a reference to the proposed business model and options.The article emphasized two requirements in the direction for the Weilin real estate company's business model transformation: specialization and inter-regional development. Strategic adjustment should be considered in seven areas: the strategic resources, land strategy, human resources strategy, brand strategy and financing strategies, cost strategy and public relations strategy. In addition, to cultivating a good Weilin enterprise culture is vital important.
