The Empirical Research On The Structure Of Service-sector And Economic Growth Of Hunan Province

Along with the servitization of the development of global economy, now the level of the development of service industry was identified as an important sign of a country economic growth. Since service industry is a special sector and has a lot of branches, it has the law of development and seedtime of its own. Service industry is the new point of the growth of the world economics, and we can't neglect the changes of its internal structure. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the internal law and the general tendency of the development of service industry, and study the inner link between the changes of its structure and economy growth, which is in order to lead the adjustability of the changes of its internal structure and further improve economy growth. Hunan province is the representative one of the middle area, so it is great significative to research on the relationship between the changes of its structure of service industry and economy growth for the development of service industry of Hunan province even for the rise of middle area.Firstly, this paper discuses the general theory and the mechanism of the changes of structure of service industry and the relationship of which and economy growth. Secondly, based on that, this paper describes the current situation and the characteristic of the development of service industry of Hunan province. Then, it analyzes the long-term correlations of the structure of service industry and economy growth with the methods of Moore index and Cointegration. These indicate that there is a long run equilibrium relationship between the structure of service industry and economy growth, and the structure of service industry has a positive effectiveness for regional economy growth because of the change from the leading of traditional service sectors to the leading of modern service sectors. Thirdly, this paper sets up the Grey Model based on the Grey Systems Theory to forecast the output value of each inner sectors of service industry, and then calculate the Grey Correlation Degree of the output value of each inner sectors of service industry and regional total value during the different economic period of Hunan province. The result shows that the structure of service industry of Hunan province has a tendency of the falling proportion of traditional service industry as the rising proportion of modern service industry, and there are some changes of advantages of regional economy growth during different period. In the end, based on the related conclusions, the paper put forward the politic suggestion for the serious sectors of service industry of Hunan province and the changes of structure.
