The Research Of Private Enterprises' Financing System In Hunan Province

Since the policy of reform and opening worked, the private enterprises'well-developing contributes much to economic and social quick development in Hunan province, especially to increasing employment opportunity, promoting economic development and stabilizing financial source. On the other hand, some outside and inside factors limit the rapid development of the private enterprises in Hunan. Among those factors, hard to finance has become the bottleneck. As a vital problem, present financing system holdback private enterprises'development seriously. Therefore it is significant practically for Hunan private enterprises'development of finding the reason from the view of system why it is difficult for them to finance.In this paper, author analyses the present financing system from three points: policy system, market system and inside system by using the method of normative research and positive analysis. Besides providing six resolving ways: such as enforcing inner management, developing of inner credit system in private enterprises, building the business culture more seriously, optimizing the financing system in private enterprises, perfecting the law system of finance and developing the perfect financing market system etc., author analyses the main factor effecting private enterprises'finance after investigating practically. Author also builds up a model for special method of using modern financial theory and mathematical economics on the base of fully holding the data of enterprises surveyed in their scale, financing needing and financial condition etc. Main innovation in this paper lies in the analysis of financing system of Hunan private enterprises from the view of enterprise culture. In author's opinion, manager should try to build up the private enterprises'culture system with improving the organizing structure, bringing up the values with the own characteristics and changing the business policy of the private entrepreneurs. Author thinks it could work in enforcing financing ability to build up perfect enterprise culture.
