Study On The Realization Course Of Management Synergic Effectiveness

This paper is composed of six parts:The first chapter expatiates on research background, and does conclusion, summary and comment about the related domestic and foreign documents on management synergy. Besides, the paper also puts forward the research constructure, research aims and creating points. The second chapter introduces and explains a series of the related concepts and theories about synergy, management synergy, and system mechanism, which confirms the theory basis of the management synergic course.The third chapter not only discusses the significance and concrete entrances to establishing the management synergic course and constructs the model, but also does specific elaboration in detail. The management synergic course mainly contains potential synergy and practical synergy.The forth chapter studies the evaluation mechanism on potential synergy. This chapter takes"Mergers & Acquisitions"as an example, to discourse on the evaluation mechanism on potential synergy. At the beginning evaluation factors of potential synergy are selected. Then these factors are predicted in the following 4 aspects: the increase of operating profit, the decrease of product cost, the decrease of circulating fund, and the efficiency of saving tax. At last, the evaluation model of potential synergy is constructed, being as the base of realizing management synergic effectiveness.The fifth chapter deals with the realization ways and methods of practical management synergic effectiveness. These ways and methods in which enterprises obtain effectiveness are as follows: optimizing enterprise resources, associating professional units and adjusting organization construction. What's more, this chapter puts theory into practice, relating to some well-known cases, and expatiates in detail how to use such ways and methods.The sixth chapter does the conclusion and points out the deficiency and the developing direction in the future.
