Research Of Function-area Layout And Road Traffic Of Logistics Park

The planning and construction of Logistics Park has become a hot spot both in China and abroad. For it plays an important role in gathering the logistics enterprises, utilizing the existing logistics resources integrative, increasing the grading of logistics technology and equipment, promoting the quality of services, improving logistics investment environment, pushing forward the growth of the Third-party logistics enterprises and so on. Functional areas distribution and traffic planning are two key points in the planning of Logistics Park. Therefore, comprehensive researching on the relationship between function-area layout and traffic planning and proposing suggestive plan are of great theoretical and practical significance to the planning and construction of Logistics Park.The relationship between the function-area layout of Logistics Park and road traffic is studied on the basis of analyzing the situation of its planning research and practice. At the same time, the framework of Logistics Park planning and designing is put forward. With the characteristic of Logistics Park function-area layout, considering the relationship between the function-area layout and road traffic, the SLP method is improved and the System design methods of Logistics Park function-area layout is proposed.With the characteristic of Logistics Park function-area layout, considering the relationship between the function-area layout and road traffic, the SLP method is improved and the System design methods of Logistics Park function-area layout is proposed. Through a case analyzing, the applicability of the method is verified.On the basis of function-area layout researching, three major road network patterns of Logistics Park were concluded; suggestion for Road Classification was put forward; by analyzing the characteristics of Logistics Park transport system, investigated the method for the inner road capacity calculation of Logistics Park, and proposed traffic demand analysis method for Logistics Park. It is verified that the methods is feasible in practical application through case analyzing, and could provide a theoretical basis and guidance for road traffic planning and designing of Logistics Park.
