In addition, the relevant authorities should control the development of private-owned construction economy in the total quantities, while encourage and lead its development.This article mainly have an analysis for the major existing development problems of the private building economy nowadays in our nation. Both outside obstacles in industry and inside obstacles in company itself exist in its development process. The outside obstacles in industry mainly include the excessive market competition, the low market norm degree, the imperfection in public bidding system and the discrimination of some social bodies etc. The inside obstacles mainly consist of the low management level, the low financing ability, the insufficient of technology innovating ability and the shortage of the key human resource etc.This article based on the present development situation, existing problems and reasons analysis of the construction economy privately operated in our country, proposes the strategies to develop the construction economy privately operated. Nowadays the politics and market system is unceasingly consummating in our country.
