Evaluation On The Information Quality Of Information-based System In The Construction Business Enterprise

With the high-speed development of the Information Technology and the rapid increase of the information production as well as the improvement of the production efficiency, the imploration and discussion of the information quality was driven to be an important topic. Meanwhile, high-speed development of the Information Technology made the research and measurement of information quality be feasible and meaningful. Only with the sufficient attention and research on the information quality input or output by information system, can the organization control the impact exerted by the information system, understand and utilize the information fruit in the microcosmic and macroscopical level, eliminate the information island as much as possible, grasp the direction for the sustainable construction of information system.Suppose that with the guarantee of the Information Technology, the system can be loyalty to the source information input and can output the information intelligently and scientifically, then the information quality is consistent between the input and the output of information system. In this case, the system can put forward the quality of the output once it recognized the quality of the input. The quality that the system recognized input information can be summarized to three representative, measurable and measurable no-repeated working index series (index system of CPO information quality): 1. the index series of Information Concentricity, focusing on the time distribution that the administrative person expressed information to the system in specific period of time.2. The index series of permissibility of information relative standard, focusing on the variable of degree that the information which the administrative person expressed to system, conforms to the standard. 3. The index series of objectivity between the information and realization index system, focusing on the variable of the difference between the information expressed by administrative person and the reality.These three index systems embark on the quality of the single information and express the single operation flow based on the single information, then express the whole operation flow with the single operation flow, namely, a system of index functions expressed by multi-variable integral. Every index function has a common variable: Time t of observing index, therefore, what CPO information quality index system expressed is the information quality at any time of the system. By practicing in the information system model of construction enterprise, the index systems were proved to be applicable to and provide systematic construction thread for the information system project of construction enterprise.
