Study On Development Strategy Of China Railway Construction Group Corporation Limited

In this article, taking China Railway Construction Group Corporation Limited for research object; it analyzed internal and external environments of the company by the strategic management theory of the enterprise; concluded the advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the diversified business strategy in the group company; and also analyzed current business strategy and the status of the existing problems; and based on above, issued the diversified business strategy and implementation strategy.This article pointed out that China Railway Construction Group must implement a diversified development strategy planning to ease the pressure of competition, avoid operational risks, and maintain sustainable development; taken the general contract of housing construction as the main business, enhance the level of general contractor further; expand investment, financing, consulting and design business actively to form the general contractor ability gradually; enhance real estate development, business operations and resource integration skills, develop in the direction of diversified engineering production, become a project general contractor with the international competitive ability in the position of cross-boundary, multi-field and collectivization.
