In recent years, the reform of China's socialist market economic system continues to deepen and has scored notable achievements in the meantime. A large number of Western works were introduced to the domestic economics, in many colleges and universities , the teaching contents about the Western Economics increases dramatically. On the contrary, the study about Marxist Economics, particularly the " Das Kapital" has weakened. It is an urgent to resolve how to understand the Marxist Economics and the practical significance about "Das Kapital", and how to use the reasonable and useful parts in the Western Economics to promote China's modernization construction and the development of market economy effectively. The aim of this paper is to make it clear about the dominant position of the Marxist Economics, and to oppose and overcome the adverse effects of the Western neo-liberal ideas. We must not only see the essential differences between the Marxist Economics and the Western Economics in class nature, science, architecture and methodology, but also to see the inevitable link between them, namely, the existence succession, commonality, complementarity and Reference. Therefore, only combine the two theories and use them to guide practice can we make the socialist economic develop better and better. In this paper, in view of the two dogmatism in the current ideological field: one is a superstition about Marxism and not to advance Marxism with the times. The other is a superstition about Western bourgeois mainstream, blindly to copy sets of their theories and viewpoints. Practice shows that only the removal of the two dogmatism can we correctly solve the relationship between the Marxist economics and the the Western Economics and can economics theories be continuously enriched and developed and improved.Based on the analysis above, this paper is divided into seven chapters.
