A Study On Risk Early Warning Mechanism Of High Technology

With the rapid development of the world's economic and technology, high technology has been the primary motive forece of the world's economic in the nowadays. The high technology industry development level has already become the important symbol of weighing the competiveness and overall strength of country.High risk and high revenue are the most notable characteristics of high technology project invests. For there exists uncertainty in the technique , management, and market of the high technology project, these cause the high risk and motality in high technology project investments. To resolve the problem, enterprises need to build up the risk early warning system which can monitor the process of the high technology project and send out warning if there exists risk. With the information, enterprise can take measures to void the risk and keep the project work regularly. Structed on the study of risk early warning home and abroad, this thesis points out the way to build up the risk early warning system model and the operating mechanism of the high technology project invests based on its characteristic.This thesis consists of seven parts. They are as follows:The first part of this thesis introduces the background and signaificance related to high technology and temporary status of research in China and abroad.The second part of this thesis explains the concepts and characteristics related to high technology and introduces the theory of risk management, early warning mangement and investment risk early warning.The third part of this thesis discusses the structure, characteristic and incentive of the risk in high technology project invests.The thourth part of this thesis researchs the principle of constructing risk early warning index system of high technology project and how to evaluate the method.The fifth part of this thesis describes the structure, function and the operating process of the high technology project risk early warning mechanism.The sixth part of this thesis gives the suggestion on the things we should pay attention to in the development of high technology project invests.The seventh part of this thesis summarizes the study in this thesis, puts up with the innovative production and points out the direction of further study.
