The Study Of EPC Project Risk Early Warning Mechanism Of International Waste Heat Recovery

With the rapid development of economic globalization,with China's "going aboard" strategy for implementation of overseas contracted projects increased,growing scale,the market increasingly diverse,increasingly broadened areas of cooperation,international competitiveness continues to increase.And there is no doubt that in recent years,EPC contract mode most mainstream international construction mode,is the main contracting of overseas engineering projects.According to Commerce Department statistics,accounting for 85% of all its overseas engineering contract model above.Only in Asia,Africa market,our company's market share increased year by year trend,the contract amount reached billions of dollars.It is foreseeable,at least by 2020,China will continue to undertake large-scale construction projects in the world,and even become the largest foreign general contracting economy.At present,China with the contractors to go out more and larger-scale projects,the continuation of the implementation strategy of going out,a lot of valuable experience has been accumulated,we trained a large number of international project management personnel.However,the case suffered losses in the international market is still a minority.One important reason is that early in the project risk assessments of risk are not in place,,especially for industrial applications for small power plants,due to the orientation of its power consumptive,but also to other aspects of the dispute with the owners of risk,there is no comprehensive analysis and risk assessment.Therefore,the project preliminary information gathering and preliminary risk assessment,risk management and control of the project has played a particularly important role.The problem with Turkey BATICIM small-scale industrial waste heat power plant project as an example,the organization risks its EPC project contract duration risk,currency risk,cost of capital,taxation risk,risk language,inflation risk,legal risk,standard risk,design risk procurement risk,subcontractor selection,power generation and other consumptive directional risk using scientific methods(AHP,fuzzy judgment),the establishment of early warning mechanism of risk evaluation system,and then be analyzed conclusions,make reasonable suggestions to decision-making.
