| With the progress of the times, the economical development of our country pays attention to coordinating and steady increasingly. Rational industrial structure is the base of lasting, healthy and stable development in social economy in the area. The rule that market economy selects the superior and eliminates and the inferior is gradual too is rooted in the hearts of the people at the. same time. Eliminating and lagging the undeveloped industry, encouraging to have the high technology industry with competitive power, adjusting industrial structure ,and constructing highly effective reasonable industrial structure have become the social attention focal point from all walks of life. The research of the industrial structure has become the focus that academia studies too. The research of the domestic scholar mainly centers in coastal area of the east and the areas with heavy industry of the middle part and the north at present, but there is less study on western city and area. This paper has the west in mind, based on Tongchuan city, using foreign analytical method of industrial structure deviating from sharing dynamic model of method and expand model which carries on the different levels and angles to Tongchuan city's three major structure of industry, and expounding the industry's characteristic in this area more concretely, and finding its existing problem, and proposing answers and suggestion to the adjustment of the regional industrial structure. The text utilizes the data which is the total output value of three major industries from 2000 to 2005 of Shaanxi Province and Tongchuan city.The paper's main research frame is that:Chapter one.: This chapter puts forward the purpose and meaning studied on the basis of realistic background of Tongchuan city. The research purpose is to see clearly current situation of industrial structure in Tongchuan city, and propose the suggestion of the structural adjustment on this basis. The research meaning herein lies in offering the basis for further industrial structure adjustment. Then, we have stated on the current situation related to research contents and research approach of this research institute, and do a good job of the localization for our research.Chapter two, the theoretical basis of study. The concept of Industrial structure is defined and elaborated at first. Industrial structure points the comparison relation of each industry in the national economy. Then the theory and method are illustrated. The main theories are theory of three industry, industry distribution location theory, industrial distribution comparative advantage theory, structural adjustment theory and evolution trend theory. The main method is deviation from share method.Chapter three, study on industry structure using the main method. The article introduces basic principle and mathematical model of deviation from share method. Dynamic model and development model was used. Both models can better reflect the reality of the industrial structure and development. The empirical analysis was conducted with Tongchuan city's natural and socio-economic conditions. Firstly, the article uses dynamic model to analysis, so that to grasp the dynamic development of the industry track Secondly, Comparison of inter-industry is made, so that to Clear characteristics of the regional industry. Analysis shows that growth faster industries accounted relatively large proportion, and overall industry structure is better. But the city has poor economic trends and competitiveness is not strong. The last, the development model was used to analysis the integrated effect of industrial structure and competitiveness.Chapter four, ideas and suggestions of regional industrial adjustment. On the basis of previous analysis, the article proposed the development ideas and suggestions of Tongchuan city. |
