Analysis Of Planting Structure Adjustment In Liaoning Province Based On Deviation Share Method

At present,the main contradictions in China's agricultural development have changed from insufficient aggregate to structural contradictions,which are mainly realized as high production capacity,high inventory and high cost,coexisting with phased supply and demand.We should adjust the agricultural structure.Based on the stability of the total grain supply in Liaoning Province,this study optimizes the industrial structure of the crop industry and provides theoretical basis and policy reference for promoting the structural reform of the agricultural supply side of Liaoning and improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural development.In this paper,descriptive statistics and deviation-share method are used to study the production structure,cost-benefit structure and competitiveness of crop industry in Liaoning Province.This paper is divided into five chapters for writing.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,domestic and foreign research review,theoretical basis,research content,research methods and technical routes.The second chapter is about the current situation of crop production structure adjustment in Liaoning Province.The changes of total crop yield,sown area and yield per unit area are analyzed from two dimensions of time and space.Chapter 3: Analysis of the cost-benefit structure of planting industry in Liaoning Province.Firstly,three statistical indicators,land cost,labor cost,material and service cost,are selected for investment structure analysis;secondly,output value,cash income,net profit and other indicators are selected for income structure analysis.Chapter IV uses the deviation-share method to analyze the competitiveness of different crops based on the empirical analysis of the adjustment of crop structure.It is measured by growth share deviation,structure deviation and competitiveness deviation.Chapter V: Conclusion and policy recommendations.Through the analysis and processing of data,effective policy recommendations are put forward.Based on the research and analysis of the relevant data of planting industry in Liaoning Province,through the calculation of the competitiveness of planting industry,we can see that: the production pattern of crops has changed,and the sown area of cash crops is increasing year by year;From the perspective of the cost and income of crops,the production cost of crops is rising,but the net profit is negative.From the overall situation,the competitiveness of peanut and Maize in Liaoning Province is stronger,while the competitiveness of rice and soybean is weaker.The following policy recommendations are drawn: adhere to market-oriented,innovate new ideas of structural adjustment;improve production conditions,reduce production costs;extend the industrial chain,increase farmers' income;improve agricultural production subsidies and price support policies.
