Shower Toilet has been come into our life since middle of 1990s as a new style of household appliances, and many of foreign companies and domestic companies have been engaged in devoting this industry, the development of Shower Toilet will has a more brighter future as a result of the birth of Shower Toilet national technology standard. there are huge consumption potential and market future in this industry so that MC company began to emphasized on Shower Toilet marketing.MC company is a foreign enterprise belongs to Japan Matsushita Corporation devoting in producing and sales of appliances of kitchen and toilet in China, and is a foreign enterprise China. It is good for development of Panasonic Shower Toilet that we get some solving ways after analysis of marketing management according to theory of marketing.This thesis emphasizes on the analysis of outer environment and inner marketing status, and find out the problems in marketing management, get some efficient marketing strategies for MC company in order to get potential consumers and Shower Toilet Market.First of all, this thesis begins from the analysis of development of domestic Shower Toilet industry for the analysis of marketing status of Panasonic Shower Toilet. Secondly, it studies 4P's marketing mix of Panasonic Shower Toilet and summarizes the main problems in marketing management after analysis of marketing status. Lastly, it provides the appropriate and new 4P's marketing mix of Panasonic Shower Toilet after analysis of its STP strategy.
