Research On The Financial Pre-warning Management System In Chinese Listed Companies

How to strength prevention of the financial risks of enterprise, establish and apply an efficient enterprise financial pre-warning system in the complicate market environment have became the current practical problems which was included some unsolved problems.Establishing the enterprise financial pre-warning system is an inevitable choice for innovation of financial management system. Predecessors have had an analysis on the enterprise financial pre-warning management which have taken measures of qualitative or quantitative analysis.However, the author select the methods of studying on enterprise financial pre-warning management system with quantitative and qualitative analysis, using "A+B Value" pre-warning models and trying to enter the internal management of enterprises from the enternal economic environment, taking a prelimiary construction of pre-warning system on the enterprise crisis from the perspective of enterprise financial management. According to these warnings, we take the relevant prediction and programming for the future development of enterprises and analyse the case-study.This paper was divided into five parts.The first part is to expatiate the background,ideas,features, management objectives, function and necessity of enterprise financial pre-warning management. The second part is to discuss the basic theory,principle, proceeding, methods and "A+B"models for construction of the enterprise financial pre-warning system. The third part is to study the enterprise financial pre-warning system. The fourth part is to analyse the case-study of the enterprise financial pre-warning management system.The last part is to summarize the main idea of this paper.
