The Exploring On The Value Of Technology Foresight To The Current Technology Innovation

With the rapid process of the current technology, many great changes have taken place in the development mode of technology innovation. Its systematicness has been growing more and more significant and the extent which it involves is expanding itself. As an important late-model approach aiming at integrating technology with the economic, a macroscopic supervising tool for rationalizing resource configuration, and an assistant means of framing the technology development strategy programmed, technology foresight is in good accordance with the developing requirement of current technology innovation. Many countries, areas and enterprises have attached great importance and enthusiasm to technology foresight.In the context of technology foresight theory being gradually developed and technology innovation problems growing more complicated, this article makes some trans-subject studies on the conjunction of technology foresight and innovation, by using the theory of technology philosophy, science and social subject, supervising knowledge. The value of technology foresight to the current technology innovation can be illuminating with some cases. This paper consists of five parts. In the first part, the characteristic of current technology innovation activity is analyzed and by using the technology foresight in theory, we elaborate the conjunction between the two. On this basement, some further research on the value of the technology foresight to the current technology innovation process has also been done from the perspective of enterprises, areas and countries, we elaborate the technology foresight is supposed to provide evidences to the strategy layout of technological innovation for corporation ,while the quality was promised; For the local area, it leads the direction of innovation of local industry and achieves the continuous development validly, and for the most important, it offers the advantageous mode to the national creative system to operate efficiently, thereby the connection and cooperation of innovation, and the integration and concentration of innovation net can all be promoted. Finally, Based on the foregoing analyses and examples, we put forward the suggestion of enhancing the foreseeing culture and the internet construction, arranging properly the relationship of the foresight and the innovation, and setting up the foreseeing net of technology which open to the innovation itself with the connection to the analyze for the limitation of function of the technology foresight, expecting the valid promotion to the combination of the technology foresight and modern technology innovation.
