The biomedicine industry is one of the country's strategic emerging industries.Cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries is an important national policy to realize China's economic transformation,and it is also the strategic basis for realizing innovative countries.Continuous innovation in biomedical technology is an inevitable choice for realizing a strong country in science and technology,and an important way to consolidate and enhance international competitiveness.The constant exploration of key common technologies is the key to whether the biomedicine industry can occupy the strategic commanding heights.Therefore,carrying out the research on the key common technologies of the biomedicine industry in Hunan Province,cultivating and strengthening the independent research and development capabilities is of great significance for realizing the transformation of science and technology from "follow-up" to "leading",which can bring huge potential economic benefits and society.Benefits,this paper aims to provide valuable advice for the long-term sustainable development of the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province through the analysis of key generic technologies for the bio-pharmaceutical industry in Hunan Province.The contents of the paper are mainly divided into the following parts:First,the paper analyzes the background of the development of the biomedicine industry and the importance of the key generic technologies of the industry,expounds the theoretical significance and practical significance of the topic selection,and then depicts the research framework according to the research subject.At the same time,the related theories involved in the paper are summarized and presented,which provides theoretical basis and support for the key generic technology foresight and model establishment of the biomedicine industry in Hunan Province.Secondly,the paper describes and analyzes the development process of biomedicine in Hunan Province from various aspects,and uses the three-stage DEA model to compare and analyze the total factor productivity between Hunan province and other provinces in China,that offers a theoretical reference to the common technology foresight in the pharmaceutical industry.Thirdly,the paper selects 56 key generic technologies in 9 key areas,uses the Delphi method for technical foresight,and uses the scores calculated by Delphi data as the original indicators for factor analysis and clusters the results.Finally,drawing the technical route based on the above analysis results,including Chinese medicine decoction pieces,Chinese patent medicines,tumor marker detection reagents,animal and plant cell culture techniques and biotransformation technologies,and the development of infectious disease rapid diagnostic reagents,etc.As a key generic technology for the priority cultivation of the biomedicine industry in Hunan Province.Fourth,the paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions for the development of biomedicine industry in Hunan Province based on the evaluation results of the total factor productivity of the biomedicine industry in Hunan Province and the results of key generic technologies and technology prediction.
