The human resources is one of the most important factors. So the writer wants to analyze the problems about the airport's training system. The writer will use the knowledge learnt in MBA's class and the over 7 years'working experience to find out the solutions to support the company's development strategy.Firstly, the writer analyzed the current situation of Chinese corporations, then to the airport and human resources and training.Secondly, the writer established a new training system based on the theory of structured training system and process training system and learning organizations.At last, the writer made a specific plan for rebuilding the new training system.
