| Along with the knowledge economy era arrival, the competition among enterprises depends on the talent. The enterprise that holds a lot of talents who master the key knowledge and technologies has the initiative, and training is one of the effective ways to improve the competition ability of the talent. Thus, it is well known that training is very import for the development of the enterprise.SP company is a professional developer and operator of Software Park. Dalian Software Park is the core project operated by SP company, and it has been awarded several national honors since it was established. New business has been increasing, but the training has been becoming more and more lagging. After several projects expanded outsides failed recently, the high position of the company finally realized that it was essential to strengthen the training and make the employees grow quickly in order to make the company develop healthily.In this thesis, the training system includes the training process system and the training regulation system. First of all, on the basis of knowing related theories and using the methods of behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey, the training process system is established. It consists of four parts: training demand analysis, training plan establishment, training achievement transformation and training effectiveness evaluation. Then, the training regulation system is established in consideration of three parts-interior instructors' management, training expense budget and training assessment management. The training regulation system is the guarantee of the training process system, although it is not deeply researched in this thesis.The training system established in this thesis is flexible and structural. It can not only solve the present problems arisen in the SP company's training, but also meet the demand for the development of the company. Moreover, this training system is also a good example for other enterprises which have the similar demands. |
