Research On Scientific & Technological Innovation And The Development Of Privately-run Economy In Fujian Province

With the development of new technical revolution, scientific and technological progress and technological innovation have already become themes of economic development of our times. The leading role in national economy of innovation is more and more obvious and become the key that enterprises survive and develop.Therefore,to survive in the competition, an enterprise has to enhance its scientific and technological innovation capacity constantly. However, as the important part of economy of Fujian province, many problems have arisen in scientific and technological of private economy innovation, including the lack of scientists, the weak capacity in technological development and the low technological transfer rate and so on. These problems severely affect the economic problems in Fujian. To solve all these problems, so as to keep the private economy developing rapidly and soundly, the only way out is to adopt the strategy of strengthening the province by science and technology and enhance the scientific and technological innovation capacity of private economy in Fujian province.This paper has studied relevant research and theories worldwide, seeing about the acutality of scientific and technological innovation capacity of private economy in Fujian province, then has proposed an index system for evaluating scientific and technological innovation abilities. It has systematically analyzed the scientific and technological innovation capacities of private industries and enterprises in Fujian in comparison with those in the whole country, from which it presents the great gaps between private industries and enterprises in Fujian and those in the whole country. On the basis of these, this paper has analyzed and summarized problems existing in scientific and technological innovation capacities of private enterprises in Fujian province and the contributing factors of these problems. In addition, it has explored the causes of inadequacy in private enterprise innovation abilities in Fujian and found the key factors that influence all these. In the meantime, this paper has proposed the mode for realizing this and put forward measures and policies from the viewpoints of both the private enterprises and government in order to accelerate the scientific and technological innovation, upgrading the private economy in Fujian province.
