In June 2000, Ministry of Science and Technology approved the building of modern science and technology industrial base of traditional Chinese medicine in Jilin Province, Jilin Province became the second traditional Chinese medicine industrial base in modern science and technology of our country after the approval of Sichuan. traditional Chinese medicine industry in Jilin Province has become the new pillar industries. As China's accession to the WTO and the world to speed up the process of economic integration, , the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province will inevitably participate in the increasingly fierce international market competition, these enterprises must develop themselves in the area of international,then they can gain competitive advantages in the environment of international competition. However, in Jilin Province, even though the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises have certain advantages, such as the wealth of traditional Chinese medicine resources, many of the traditional Chinese medicine production enterprises, a good development environment of R&D, they are still in face of numerous international problems. This paper aims to give a reasonable analysis of the international strategy and rational international countermeasures for traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province, and also make some international business development advice for the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin.This paper firstly presented the background, purpose and significance. China's pharmaceutical industry has ushered in the rapid development of a new era of change, whether it is the emerging bio-pharmaceutical industry, the traditional Chinese medicine industry, or the chemicals medicine industry will face different challenges and opportunities. Jilin as big medicine-producing provinces, must achieve successful international operations and reasonable choice of international enterprises in traditional Chinese medicine enterprises, the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Jilin Province can not avoid the issue and the major direction of development. on the basis of such a necessity this paper put forward international response for the traditional Chinese medicine Enterprise in Jilin Province based on a large number of analysis in the course of the international environment, the status and capability and the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province.This paper expatiated the theory of international business conducted on the system, from the concept to the summary of traditional, modern and developing countries in international theory of international theory. The internationalization of business is the process of the active participatation in international division of labour, the process from domestic enterprises to transnational corporations. in the world economic globalization and integration to develop in depth today, any enterprise are inevitable to participate in international competition for survival and development.In this paper, in the third chapter we enter the study of the reality of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province. start from the history and reality of the situation, summed up the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province and the problems in the international aspects. The problems in the area of international issues including the small quantities of enterprises engaged in the export of traditional Chinese medicine, a single export product comparison, the import and export structure is irrational, small and little area of export, corporate organizational form of aging, are not suited the requirements of the times, no international brand of Expansion, corporate lack of initiative facing of the trend of internationalization, enterprise information channels is not clear, lack of international standard system which is in line with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine and recognized by the market. In addition,there is a SWOT analysis of the international competitiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province.In this paper, in chapter IV,we gave the analysis of choose models of the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province. Different backgrounds of enterprises determine the differences of models of choice to enter the international market in a large extent, Jilin Province should choose the right odles of the internationalization according to the station of traditional Chinese medicine enterprises scientifically and rationally.With this, large-scale traditional Chinese medicine enterprises in Jilin Province with more or less competitive advantages, such as having certain brand or their own special products in china, can be taken in the development of outward-looking international model. Now, the entire pharmaceutical industry have been discussing the issue of internationalizition of traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine to participate in international competition in the marketwill play a huge role in promoting the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine industry and China's economic development.
