This paper Herzberg two-factor based on the theory that the impact of employee job satisfaction is two factors, one is the incentive, a health factor. Dissatisfied with the work of the staff of the mostly from health factors, such factors improve, the only dissatisfied with the elimination of staff, and should not cause staff satisfaction. Only the improvement of incentives to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff.
