With the increasingly fierce business competition,the degree of agreement between the principal agent relationships become an important factor affecting the operator,and salary system is the core issue.H Company as a listed company,it's salary system can't match the overall development of the enterprise.Optimizing salary system has become an urgent problem.How to build a salary system,stimulate the enthusiasm of the team,to achieve internal equity,the success of the high salary into efficiency,become the focus of current work..From the design of salary system theory,compensation theory,based on a comprehensive review of the relevant literature,this article takes H Company as an example,carry out salary system survey in the enterprise;deeply understand the present enterprises in salary system and the existing problems.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing problems of the salary system of H Company,and makes a feasibility analysis.Finally,according to the actual situation of H Company,combing the design ideas,the company's salary system of post evaluation,the specific content and the limitations,and finally put forward the measures to guarantee the implementation of salary system of H Company,and ultimately realized the target of optimizing the salary system of H Company.
