With the rural revitalization strategy proposed,the development of agricultural enterprises ushered in the spring again,agricultural enterprises to seize new opportunities and meet challenges.Employee motivation is the main component of human resource management,and is an important means to improve the enthusiasm of employees and the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises.The development of agricultural enterprises cannot be separated from the participation of employees,and the research on the employee motivation of agricultural enterprises is crucial to stimulate the enthusiasm of employees,improve the efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises.Y is a company engaged in agricultural food processing agricultural enterprises,in this paper,according to discover problems,analyze and solve problems,Hygiene-Motivational factors combined with Y employees incentive situation,after knowing Y company's existing incentive management measures,through the way of questionnaire and interview to understand employee's perception of motivation and satisfaction.By analyzing the factors of low employee satisfaction as the main incentive problems of Y company,the causes of the problems are analyzed.Through the analysis,it is concluded that Y company has some problems in employee motivation,such as low employee satisfaction,which need to be improved.Among them,the problems related to health care factors mainly include unreasonable setting of salary and welfare system,unscientific assessment system,inhumane system and supervision,and uncoordinated interpersonal relationship.The problems related to incentive factors mainly include imperfect promotion system,incomplete education and cultivation mechanism,insufficient incentive of staff growth and development,weak incentive of work itself and insufficient recognition of work.Finally in the framework of Hygiene-Motivational factors,fair theory and reinforcement theory is put forward to adjust salary welfare system,optimize the evaluation system construction,establish a people-oriented flexible management mechanism,strengthening the construction of communication mechanism,perfecting the promotion system construction,increasing attention to education and training,strengthen the attention to employees' personal growth and development,work design improve the work of internal incentive,established on the basis of the employees to participate in the work recognition system,and so on strategies to improve the effect of Y company employees incentive.
