With rapid growth period, knowledge economy receives intensive attention and becomes the pillar of economy in China. Knowledge workers- the carriers for knowledge and technology-are the key wealthy of those enterprises which focus on the development of high value-added product. Knowledge workers are not only the core enterprise resource but also the core competence in the market or industries. How to keep talent employees and inspire them being engaged is worthy of serious managerial consideration. Enterprice will own its market and future as long as the resovle of this issue. Optimize management measures, intensity incentive effect would be the solution to this issue.The innovation centers invested by Multinational enterprise B company in China focus on the contribution to innovation performance and integrated industry-specific solution for local customers. As one of three main innovation centers globally, it is a typical knowledge-based organization. In this paper, author combines Herzberg’s Two factors theories with the knowledge workers’incentive status in the innovation center mentioned above. Questionnaire is conducted by the author in innovation center after studying the existing performance management system. Knowledge workers’ satisfaction of current management system and motivative system are collected throught the questionnaire and being analyzied consequently. For several items with lower score in the survey for example "wadge level", "training","promotion opportunity", writer proposes some suggestion on "salary adjustment", "create career development plan", "optimize training program", "expand communication channels" and so on. It aims to reduce knowledge workers turnover rate and motivate their enthusiasm on work also enhance their engagement, which would bring win-win result for both of employee and company.
