The Role Of The Independent Innovation To Enhance The International Competitiveness Of Core Industries

Independent innovation ability is the national competitive power, which is our country various industries deals with the world economics fast development the important choice, realizing the world economics powerful nation important means. The world technological progress's practice tells us: A country that only then has the formidable independent innovation ability, can take the initiative in the intense international competition and win initiative. Integrated the independent innovation and industrial development has become a basic trend of the contemporary world of independent innovation and industrial development .This paper is discussed in four parts on the issue.In the first part , the author discusses the relevant provisions of independent innovation in detail, by reading the relevant literature on the innovative concept of Schumpeter, the neo-classical economics of technological innovation, new Schumpeter's concept of innovation, as well as the school's national innovation system technological innovation concept. On this basis, the author summed up the concept of independent innovation of related industries, the independent innovation is the introduction of the technology, in terms of imitating a creative activity, which is with independent intellectual property rights through the unique core technology and on this basis realize the value of the new production process. Independent innovation included the original innovation, integrated innovation and the introduction of a new technology. For the country, the independent innovation is the objective requirements of social and economic development, to promote awareness of the production of scientific and technological knowledge, and application of mobile and in this process it can create wealth so as to achieve value of the value-added capacity. In the second part, the author presented the changes of the theory of the industrial structure in the different historical periods. 30-40s in the 20th century is the formation of the modern theory of the industrial structure. During this period, the people who made outstanding contributions are mainly Fischer, Clark, Leontief, and the Kuznets and so on. After the mid-18th century, the industrial sector advanced after the first, second industrial revolution, and the service sector also has a greater expansion. In the 20th century during the great crisis of the 1930s, the industrial sector recessed, reflected on the statistics from the service sector had an obvious advantage. Later, along with economic development, industrial structure had a change, the United States economist F ? Makeleipu said a new industrial classification (four industry law ) in "The United States of knowledge production and distribution".Four of law separated a fourth estate (information industry) on the basis of law. From the above analysis it can be concluded: the evolution of the industrial structure of agriculture and the trend is experiencing stage, the stage of industrialization and information stage. Different industries have different characteristics, when we choose core industry , it must comply with the following characteristics: the ability to make their own development strategy with competitive industries; have broad market prospects, and to stimulate and promote the development of other industries and the economy bring tremendous benefits with the community; closely with the national security-related industries.In addition to fully understanding the independent innovation and the concept of core industries, the author focuses on the role of the independent innovation to enhance the international competitiveness of core industries. The innovation to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises included technological innovation, system innovation and management innovation. The technological innovation and industrial competitiveness can create an important way of industrial competitiveness, the management innovation strengthen the competitiveness of industries, the system innovation is an important guarantee to maintain the competitiveness of its industry. In today's era of the history of capital, land, labor, and other traditional factors of production on marginal contribution to the economic growth rate was decreasing trend, the institutional innovation, management innovation and scientific and technological innovation will be the fundamental economic and social development momentum. For China to achieve sustainable economic and social development, the industrial structure as well as changes in the competitiveness of the industry status quo, it is necessary to grasp more of our efforts the core technology and key technology, with a strong capability of independent innovation.Since reform and opening,China's industrial structure has changed tremendously, and the ability of independent innovation continually enhance China's industrial structure. These had provided a powerful impetus to the development of the industry in China and made China's high-tech industry to flourish. Although our core industrial sector has achieved many accomplishments, but we should realize that China's independent innovation capability is still weak, and there are various problems in the core of China's international competitiveness of the industrial sector.In view of the problems that the main innovation can not play a role, the lack of spiritual motivation of independent innovation, knowledge barriers, this paper give some advice from the following aspects: First, we must persist the enterprises as the main body of technological innovation, and strengthen the leading role to establish in the promotion of high-tech industries, consolidate enterprises in independent innovation in the dominant position; Second, the emphasis of science and technology and economic integration, countries should develop technology, staff education and training, infrastructure construction as the focus of investments; Third, to deepen the implementation of standards, patents at the core of the intellectual property strategy; Fourth, science and technology to personnel training, and building our own innovation team; Fifth, promoted the ability of independent innovation in China's high-tech industries by the introduction of technology. In short, we must vigorously strengthen integrated innovation capability to have a single integrated technology innovation and strive to achieve breakthroughs in key areas as a whole. Digestion and absorption to accelerate the introduction of a new, fully exploit the global technology stock, forming the advantage of speeding up development.The 21st century will be a critical period of development of China's core industries, to enable our core industry can be healthy and rapid development, we must fully understand the importance of independent innovation and the enhancement of the capability of independent innovation.
