Staff job satisfaction of Changchun huancheng rural credit union directly impact on the quality of their services, thus affecting customer satisfaction,profitability and competitiveness. So in the situation that Staff quality of Changchun huancheng rural credit union have to be improved, how to improve their core competitiveness, how in the intense market competition which continued to gain a firm foothold and win a place, we must work from the satisfaction to analyze the various factors which impacting the staff job satisfaction of Changchun huancheng rural credit union cooperative. Starting from the actual needs of the staff, do a research on staff job satisfaction, though the satisfaction of employees create satisfied customer to solve the real problems of Changchun huancheng rural credit union, so as to create a good internal conditions to win competition .Though analysis of the various factors impacting the staff satisfaction,make a research on staff job satisfaction to resolve the the practical problems of internal management of the unino , so as to in the competitive environment to create a good internal conditions for changchun huancheng rural credit union .This paper divided into five parts.The first part is Introduction. This paper introduces the purpose of the study, the significance of study,the structure and the framework.The purpose of this study was to explore the impacting factors of the rural credit union, and to further explore the Correlation between the factors and staff job satisfaction with the overall work to determine the elements and sub-elements on the overall extent of the impact of job satisfaction, and to explore the impact of demographic variables to staff job satisfaction, and to make recommendations accordingly, and provide enterprises with reference. In this paper, the significance of the study are as follows: In theory, the paper summarized the literature and concluded that the current factors impacting staff job satisfaction, so as to lay the theoretical foundation for practice, for the survey in the future of the rural credit union staff satisfaction, as well as ways to enhance employee job satisfaction provide reference. in practice, enterprises, research on staff job satisfaction factors can find problem in the enterprise, reduce employee turnover, improve Changchun huancheng rural credit union's employee loyalty, to promote communication and exchange of ideas between the community and staff.The second part is divided into literature review. Including the concept of job satisfaction, the theoretical foundation of job satisfaction, impacting factors, measurement tools and Methods of factors,affecting job satisfaction and employee satisfaction, through access to journals and electronic information to summing up previous studies for the next part of the theoretical basis of empirical research.Employee job satisfaction have many definition ,and the paper use element definition, which is constituted a variety of factors, depending on the individual and their work constitute various aspects of cognitive and emotional evaluation of response. Factors affecting job satisfaction on the theoretical basis of theories includ content, process and context of theoretical model theory, which also include the need for theory-level theory, two-factor theory, ERG theory, the work of theory; theory of the process, including expectations theory, fair theory, the gap between theory and system theory.Initially the research on the job satisfaction is as a performance. absenteeism, acts of service, such as early warning indicators, and the recent study is more concerned about job satisfaction's various factors research which can have an influence on or predictions factors including demographic factors, and other job-related factors influencing factors. The empirical research mainly study the impacts on demographic factors and work-related factors on the impact of satisfaction.
