With the continuer development of economic environment at home and abroad, the quantity of enterprises have been increased, the scale of enterprises have been expanded gradually, and the competition between enterprises become more and more fierce. How to survival in the competitive environment is becoming an important subject, which more and more enterprises have gradually realized the important of human resources in improving enterprise performance, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and the strategic significance; At present, many enterprises have to face both low employee satisfaction and high rate of turnover. The performances of the employee become severe problems. How to improve the satisfaction and incentive employees became the key problem for human resources management. The problem should be solved urgently. Effective management of employees’satisfaction can help enterprises to understand the situation and identify the factors affect that affect the employee satisfaction. Then it can provide enterprises with corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve employee satisfaction, loyalty and the performance of the employee.SL is a professional solar company, maintained research and development, production and so on as it’s major. The company maintains nearly50percent of sales growth rate; the production scale of operation is in the forefront of the domestic industry. With the development of "crossing long river campaign ", the company is facing with new opportunities, but the increasingly a highlight staff problem becomes a new challenge for the company. In recent years, the rate of turnover is high, the grapevine fly, the employee’s discontent diffuse, company’s sales is downturn. All of above phenomena show that there is a lot of problems about staff management in the company. To make employees’satisfaction research, explore the problems and puts forward the specific strategies in SL become necessary and urgent.Based on SL’s management status of employee satisfaction, the author studied and discussed kinds of management theories of employees’ satisfaction, such as the relationship between employees’satisfaction and employees’loyalty, performance and organizational justice. Then reference the employee satisfaction theory model to design a detailed questionnaire and interview outline. After carried on the investigation and study, the author used scientific analysis method to find out the key factors that influence employees’ satisfaction and gave some suggestions on how to improve employees’satisfaction, finally.In this paper, the SL’s Employee Satisfaction Management has certain instructive significance, and also hope the paper can help other company, which has similar background and problems to find solutions.
