How to promote the adjustment and optimization of industrial structure upgrading for the China's household electrical appliance industry, expand the scale of the industry and improve the competitive edge and aggregation, is the problem that we should consider for one of the key points for in a period of future. Well, how is the status quo of China's household appliances industry? How will the process of regional distribution change for the situation? How is industrial clustering? This paper summarized the results of research for the predecessors. The industrial clustering the theory of the evolution, is focused on the combined economic theory of Weber, Marshall's external economic theory, Porter's theory of competitive advantage as well as Krugman's new economic geography theory. At the same time, the paper summarized the measure of regional industries'gathering and the impact of factors through the empirical analysis. So that the research methods and research ideas of the paper is clearly.The second important chapter introduces our country's household appliances manufacturing industry status and degree of concentration as the development of reform and opening up. First, by comparison list since reform and opening up in each province of the major appliances, changes in the yield to the development of China's household appliances manufacturing sector is divided into three different stages. Those are formation, development and mature. The changing process of China household appliances distribution is that China's household electrical appliances in the manufacturing sector continued to focus on three major economic circles. Secondly, in order to elaborate on this trend further, we research for the main home appliances changes in the regional distribution and found even different evolution of the distribution of household appliances manufacturing process is not very consistent. Since the reform and opening up of China, the household appliances industry becomes concentrated gradually, so as to prove the above conclusions in further.The third important chapter is mainly used multivariate regression methods to cause the appliance manufacturing industry gathering factors affecting through quantitative analysis. First, we based on the first part of the theoretical findings, make our assumptions from the nine variables such as the level of regional economic development, labor, market factors and the opening of regional which is influential the household appliances manufacturing gathering evidently. Secondly, through the establishment of multivariate regression model and a series of regression and multiple hypotheses testing, we removed the linear variable by the use of statistical software named Eviews. And by adjusting the model continuously, the final identify is to find a significant impact on the distribution of factors for the gather of household appliances regional manufacturing. Through the assumptions that the confidence interval of its impact on the extent to which the concentration of China's household appliances industry, we found that the opening of the manufacturing sector in this household appliances is one of the most important factors in concentration. Finally, we combined the actual situation of China to show how the main impact of these factors affects on the gathering of China's household electrical appliances industry.The fourth important chapter is Part IV which is for the prospects and trends that on the basis of the evolution of the distribution of electrical household appliances industry. We believe that through these studies, along with the development of China's household appliances manufacturing, as regional gathering for a perfect industrial chain, logistics and smoothly sales channels relatively, the major factors in the effects of the concentration level will enhance further. The differences of industrial structure will become evident increasingly.
