But along with the deep-rooted economy globalization and our county entry into the WTO, the competition environment for the household appliances enterprise is under a great change, gradually expanding from the local, national sphere to the global ones; and homogeneity of household appliances industry is more and more high, environment is more complex, therefore serve plays a important role in the household appliances industry, in this case salesperson's quality and ability have become the important factors that influence on the enterprise produce market competitive power. Look over many successful enterprises, which have a lot of specialized and zealous salespersons. Therefore, it is especially important to know how to promote the salesperson's performance, so the enterprise should enhance salesperson's performance to enhance the enterprise's performance.This article by way of the correlation literature discussion which is the basis of the questionnaire design and propose the supposition , the questionnaire uses the investigation data of salesperson in the household appliances industry, selects the partial questions from the Cattell-16PF personality special characteristic questionnaire, we use quantitative analysis to research the factors which influence on salesperson's performance. First carries on the descriptive statistics and the T-test, then draws the preliminary conclusion; Next use factor analysis and multiple linear regression to exam the factors which influence on salesperson's performance. The research indicated the salesperson's disposition, the experience and satisfaction degree have remarkable influence on the salesperson's performance. Provide the model to select salesperson and enhance the business management practice in the household appliances industry.
