| With the continuously development of the global economic integration and the extensively application of internet technology, the competition among the international companies goes more drastically. More and more company who want to keep the ahead in the competition select the international purchasing as the supply chain management way. They make the most of global resources by selecting the suitable suppliers, obtain the raw materials with better quality and lower price, optimize and integrate their own supply chain and make effort to reduce costs. International purchasing has been the inevitable trend for the company supply chain management.In this paper, I take the KB company for example, analyze its international purchasing status and deficiency, apply the international purchasing management theory and put forward the relevant tactics for KB's international purchasing. On the basis of analyzing the main risk in KB's global purchasing, I give the methods to avoid and solve it. It includes the following contents,Chapter1. Analyze the international purchasing status and point out its trend. Chapter2. Point out the main problem of the management tactics for KB company according to its international purchasing status at present.Chapter3.
