Time management is a new field of project management disciplines in recent years, it is very widespread use in today's society. Since time management entering our country, it has played an important role in various fields, the management structure and management methods have therefore been continually explore and improve, and also create a lot of time management project and the successful experience of specific practices. But project management is still in a development stage, therefore, Combining of theory also need improve and innovate constantly.The article's subject is X foctory construction projects, the research is how time management theory will be applied to X plant construction projects in various sectors and give full play to the project time management projects in operation in solving specific problems of the role. The papers aims at discovering the existing problems and deficiencies of X factory construction projects in the actual operation , expecting the theory and method of modern project management time for guidance, and further improve the X factory construction project management.The Papers first introduced some time management theory, and then reviewed the time management development process, and then contact X factory plant construction projects, from definiting and sorting the process, estimating and planning the process, optimizing the process and control the process for a detailed description and analysis. Finally, the article evaluate implementation of time management on X foctory construction project, summed up the results of, also made inadequate and reflection.
