Job satisfaction plays an important role in communication, employee stablity and harminious between company and employees, deeply, especially for influnceing in company continious development. PCCS company selected as study sample, one of the reason it can provide truth data and information, the other reason it can provide some referenc for organization layout and HR mangement.The job satisfaction study is implemented by questionare and communication two methods. The questionare, as one of study methods, it is considered some job satisfaction influnced factors which are job, training, compensation, colleague relationship, leader management, working condition, communication, promotion and internal policy. The other method is implemented by communication widely on some questions, including requisition for themselve, expectation for company, relationship between individual to company, opinion for setting up enterprise culture and forecast for the company, with some emplyees. It presents detail analysis on job satisfaction in the study after data statisticed and information organized.Finaly, basing on job satisfaction investagation results, it gives some suggestions which are changing communication channel, reforming promotion regulation and organization, enforce employee training, employees career-path constructed, djustment in compensation system, completion the internal policy and oriention PCCS inviroment and enhancing ownership for setting up good enterprise culture.
