With the world economy continues to weaken,the price of electrolytic aluminum fells,the problem of excess production capacity become apparent,the dramatically increased competitions among enterprises,the marketing environment changes in seconds,so leading to the intensified talent liquidity in this marketing-directed economy.LY company is a large-scale-state-owned stock aluminum corporation,it is significant to improve satisfaction index of the employees for a long-term sustainable growth.Based on the scholars at home and abroad research of satisfaction index,with the support of the LY company leadership and the human resources department,in this article we adopted an empirical research method and interview individual employees to evaluate satisfaction index of LY company.We randomly selected about 300 employees,conducted a survey and analyzed collected data.We concluded that several factors are critical for the determination of the satisfaction index of the employees,according to this study,we proposed the strategies for future improvement.This article is on the basis of the background of the meaning of the research question and action,and how to improve employee satisfaction of LY company,integrate the research results about employee satisfaction at home and abroad,focus on the company characteristics,the employee's basic,satisfaction form,etc of LY,finally determined the employee satisfaction model and statistical analysis of LY,give some suggestions to improve employee satisfaction of LY and the research conclusion.
