This thesis has done a brief summary on the human resources management in the development of tug Company, which includes five chapters all together. From the study background, Chapter one, the introduction part, puts forwards the feasibility of realizing knowledge management based on the system of human resource management, and explains the purpose of selection of this topic, and makes clear the structure and logic of writing this paper. Chapter Two does a detailed study on the relevant theories, which includes theories of human resource management, stimulation, and organization structure. Chapter Three investigates and analyzes the current situation of the company, and points out the current problems existing in the human resources management. Chapter four put forwards some proposals for improvement in human resources management. These proposals include four parts, and mainly focus on the strategies of selection, enrollment, cultivation and employment in human resource management. Firstly, in the enrollment of new employees, not only their visible knowledge is emphasize, but also their invisible knowledge should be tested by relevant assessment means, which makes both the visible and invisible knowledge of employee's apply to the requirements of companies. Secondly, the integrated use of a variety of training methods and effective stimulation measures in daily management will encourage employees to take sharing of knowledge and study as a habit, which will build up a company culture of continuous study, stimulating innovations and sharing knowledge; and which will increase the value of knowledge by the study, use and innovation of it, thus providing advantages in competition for companies. Chapter Five proposes necessary safeguard mechanism for the actual operation of these proposals.
