From 2000, a few clothing brands appeared in succession. However, our country lacks the well-known brand. Along with the foreign famous brands gradually entering our country, the competitions are becoming intense day by day. For this, many clothing enterprises developed the retailing channel, adopted all kinds of retailing methods to attract customers at all costs. Price war was unceasingly like a raging fire between the competitors, and the sells terminal was faced with the meager profit, sometimes even negative profit. The Dalian Beisi Company is the regional brand of Dalian; its development is also faced with the similar problems. Therefore, how the Dalian Beisi Company locates its goal market according to its own situation, how it adopts the more scientific and effective marketing strategies to establish its brand gradually, expands its market share, has become the problem needs to solve urgently.Through deep research on the marketing strategy problems of Dalian Beisi Company, this thesis tried every effort to provide the certain instruction significance for the Dalian Beisi Company's marketing strategies and its long term development. It was also hoped to offer some valuable advices for the development of our country's clothing industry. This paper was divided into five chapters. The backgrounds, significance, the general situation of the company and research ideas were introduced in the first chapter; chapter two targeted Dalian Beisi Company's marketing environment; chapter three was Dalian Beisi Company's objective decision-making research; in chapter four, Dalian Beisi Company's marketing strategies were proposed, including the four major aspects of products, pricing, marketing and channel. Based on the above study, the supplementary methods for the marketing strategy implementation were proposed in chapter five.In a word, based on the research on marketing theories, and taking Dalian Beisi Company as the concrete object of study, Dalian Beisi Company marketing strategy improvement measures, which may direct the future development of the company, were proposed through the empirical analysis and research.
