Research Of Post-project Technological Improvement Of Power Plant Based On Organizational Project Management Maturity Model

Beginning from the necessity and the requirement of conditional development of modern China electric power economic system reformation and the requirement of enterprise institution completion to project post evaluation, the paper first explained the general theory and method of post evaluation, then in view of the feature of electric power project, it analyzed the process, contents and methods of the post evaluation of power project. At last, the study use organizational project management maturity model to analysis of Post-project Technological Improvement of Power Plant. It summarizes the experiences of the second phrase project of Power Plant and reveals the problem of the management through the post evaluation. The idea of it has practical value and can provide reference for making decisions on future projects.
