Study On Safety Risk Management System Establishment For Baoquan Pumped Storage Power Project

With the issuance of"Safe Production Law", our nation makes higher safety requirements to enterprises. Following the reforms on electric power system, the electric power construction develops advances rapidly, and it caused the contradictions of insufficient human resources and installation equipment sharply, and then, the safe production situation becomes more and more serious.In this paper, safety risk management theory is studied at first, which introduce the relative theory. In addition, the paper combines actual situations and outstanding features of Baoquan pumped storage power project construction and then, we make the analysis of the risk factors in the process for Baoquan pumped storage power project construction, and explain the necessary of safety risk management system of Baoquan pumped storage power project. Finally, the paper establishes safety risk management system of Baoquan pumped storage power project, and indicates the each stage and content of the system establishment, and draws the relative conclusions.
