Optimization Research On Performance Management Of Pumped Storage Power Station

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, in quite a long period of time in the future, the speed of energy structure adjustment will be facilitated, low carbon economy and clean energy will be development rapidly. Pumped-storage plant can take on the tasks of reducing peak and filling valley, emergency reserve, frequency modulation, phase modulation, etc. It’s the large-scale energy storage tool which is most mature and economical, it will be able to regulate the power system’s dynamic balance in the process of production, supply and use, and effectively guaranteed the safety, stability and economical running of the power system.With the rapid development of China’s power system reform, pumped storage power plant enters a period of rapid development, In such a special period of time, how can pumped storage power plant coordinate the organization goals and continuously improve operational performance, fully arouse the enthusiasm of employees and improve the benefit of the company in the existing electric power market environment, is the driving force of enterprise obtaining rapid and efficient development.Firstly, this paper analyzes the problems of performance management in Ling Quan Pumped storage power plant. Secondly, the paper on the basis of combining modern performance management theory, elaborated the process of building enterprise performance management system based on balanced scorecard, and combining with the actual characteristics of pumped storage power plant, compiled a targeted strategy map, and hierarchical classification set up key performance appraisal indicators. On the basis of above, this article definite the weight of performance indicators based on the method of sequence relations. Again, this paper establishes a dynamic adjustment and feedback mechanism, for the performance of the company for sustainable development and improvement.Through the study of constructing performance management system in Ling Quan pumped storage power plant, this paper hopes summarize some effective methods and experience in performance management and provide some reference for domestic pumped storage power plant in the process of studying related theory.
