Study On The Change And Driving Mechanism Of Land Use In Urban-Rural-Integration-Area Of Lang Fang City

Urban-Rural-Integration-Area is the result of the city's development. The city's development inevitably brings about the dynamic change of land use,the reorganization and alternative of land use structure and layout in Urban-Rural-Integration-Area. Based on the analysis of land use dynamic change and driving force of Langfang urban-rural-integration-Area City, this paper reveales law of land use change in Urban-Rural-Integration-Area, makes out the influencing factors of land use and establishes multiple linear regression model of driving factors, which provide the reference and basis for the government and land management department.On the understanding of the connotation of Urban-Rural-Integration-Area, this paper determines the urban-Rural-Integration-Area in Langfang city. By the RS and GIS technology, retrieving land use information from land-use map and remote sensing image of Urban-Rural-Integration-Area in Langfang city, the two terms of the temporal change and the spatial change of land use type are obtained, which offer data support for the analysis of land use dynamic change.The paper includes the following conclusions:(1) Through land-use dynamic change analysis of Urban-Rural-Integration-Area of Lang fang city, we can get land use change features from 1997 to 2002, includi ng the number of changes, regional differences in changes and spatial changes.From the number of land-use changes of the five-year period, all types of land-use changes in the following order: arable land>rural settlements>urban land> unutilized land> woodland>industrial land>garden land>waters. Arable land, woodland, water, unutilized land belongs to reduce the rate of change type, other types of land increase, the largest urban land-use change in the average index for the dynamic changes of 4.26, the smallest margin waters land-use change, change index for -0.07.From the land use of regional differences, the arable land use changes in the relative rate of the general spatial pattern: the relative changes in the north and east, west and south of relatively small changes.From the land-use spatial analysis, with the overall performance of land use because the overall control of a few types of phenomena, have been gradually variety of land use types replaced by the dominant.(2)The principal component of Urban-Rural-Integration-Area in Langfang city of land-use change the driving factor for the quantitative analysis shows that the Urban-Rural-Integration-Area in Langfang city of land-use change the driving force offactors can be summed up as economic development, industrialization and urbanization 3Factors; gradually return to the use of a combination of urban and rural areas in Lang fangCity Department of land-use change and the driving factors of multiple linear regressionmodel.
