Study On Urban Land Utilization Change And Driving Force In Nanning City Based On Smart City

With the continuous development of economy and society,the process of urbanization continues to advance,the population is increasing,the demand for urban land is more vigorous,ecological land,agricultural land to build land concessions,urban land use efficiency is low,which led to a series Urban problems,hinder the healthy development of urban land of the road.The emergence of the wisdom of the city is to solve a variety of "urban disease",with more efficient,more intelligent,more humane means to promote the development of the city and enhance people's sense of happiness.Under this background,from the perspective of the construction of smart city to think about the changes in urban land use,to study the driving factors of change,to grasp the main drivers of changes,and thus to optimize the urban land use program,after all,improve the efficiency of urban land use and promote the sustainable development of urban land use.Nanning city,the wisdom of urban construction is in full swing,but also made some construction results.It is the new direction to solve the problem of urban land use in the future,and it is also the innovation of this article to study the urban land use change in Nanning from the angle of wisdom city construction.In this paper,Nanning city as the research area,based on the theory of sustainable development,urban space theory,urban land intensive use theory and information space theory,through the statistical data and mathematical model analysis and finishing,come to the changes of quantity,structure and degree of urban land use in Nanning city from 2005 to 2015.Based on these changes,the status of urban land use in Nanning is evaluated,and the existing problems are analyzed,and the reasons for the problems are explored.And then from the perspective of the wisdom,analyzes the driving force of urban land utilization change in Nanning,with qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of the method.It is found that the construction of intelligent city does have a certain effect on the change of urban land use in Nanning,but the effect is different,the environmental attraction is the most closely related to the change of urban land use,and the effect of education consumption on urban land utilization Not obvious.Face lots of obstacles in Nanning city land utilization development process,based on the results of the study,from the perspective of smart city,from the wisdom of the ecological city,the wisdom of the traffic system,cultivate the wisdom of the crowd,upgrade the wisdom of hardware and smart industrial park construction of five aspects of the proposed countermeasures,in order to achieve the promotion of Nanning city,the healthy development of urban land,efficient use,while promoting the construction of the city of Nanning city wisdom,for promoting the healthy development of urban' land and efficient use,and promoting the construction of wisdom city in Nanning.
