Human rely on the sustainable development of agriculture in sustainable development. Agriculture in sustainable development is inseparable from the sustainable development of farmland. However, arable land from the current production system, the productive forces of instability, low resource utilization, environmental pressure and output structure is irrational and other issues of the system is still plagued production.This paper on productivity, efficiency of resource use, environmental pressures, sustainable development aspects to explore the farmland in Hebei Province between the analysis and evaluation system in 1986-2004. The farmland in Hebei Province aimed at understanding the function of the system and structure and sustainable development of the existing problems in the adjustment and optimization of the region's agricultural input-output structure, solving the population in the area-land-food sharp contradictions, and promote a harmonious system of farmland in Hebei Province can be Sustainable development.This paper study farmland in Hebei Province based on emergy analysis, with the density of emergy output, the net emergy output, the load rate environment, ecological deficit in two areas of time and space. Bind factor analysis and regression analysis to identify model portfolio system output of farmland affected the main factors. The main conclusion of the study are as follows:(1) This article exploratory put forward the output of emergy density and use it to study productivity of the farmland systems. Through the output of emergy density fluctuations in the level and characteristics showed productivity growth trend from 1986-2004, shorter cycle fluctuations and the increasing frequency fluctuations, but the fluctuations were the smaller, productivity increasingly stable. The spatial distribution of the productive forces have great relations with the terrain and topography. The high productivity of the region is mainly distributed in the plain area, and Zhangjiakou, Chengde mountain areas are the low level of productivity. Other areas forms the third region, living in the middle level. At the same time, analysis on the productivity of the output structure, find suitable outputs Model for the farmland in Hebei Province.(2) In this paper, emergy input/output and the net emergy output rate of farmland in Hebei Province reflect the efficiency of resource use, and further analyse the factor affecting the system of the main factors. Research shows that the system is low input/output efficiency. In spatial pattern, the high productivity in the central and southern areas of Baoding and Shijiazhuang in the eastern plains counties, the efficiency of resource use is not high, only in the middle level. Zhangjiakou, Chengde is the low productivity, but the efficiency of resource use is higher. From a factor analysis, the impact on the productivity of farmland the main factors were analyzed. The emergy input of fertilizer, machinery, electrical and irrigation is most affected farmland systems output.(3) Based on the study of population and pressure on water resources, the load rate environment replace the system of environmental pressure from the temporal and spatial variation. The environmental pressure on farmland systems is increased exponentially year by year. The environmental pressure of the region is basically consistent with the high productivity region. The regional system is characterized by a lower net emergy output, a high rate of environmental load.(4) This paper first studies on the sustainable development of the system with the sustainable development index in Hebei Province, then applies the ecological footprint model to study in time and space. The ecological footprint of architecture Character land is form 25.15% in 1986 to 43.02% in 2005 with the great growth rate. The ecological deficit showed increasing trend year by year, and output of the farmland were negatively correlated. In spatial pattern, the ecological deficit mainly concentrates the areas of Baoding, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai and Handan. The ecological deficit is smaller in Zhangjiakou and Chengde mountain ecosystems.
