Team pattern mostly promote organizational performance.Team pattern has been adopted by many enterprises and it is a prevalent tendency. But it has some problems in the teamwork which we call Team potential paradox. Team potential paradox includes personality paradox, trust paradox and dependence paradox which obstruct Team cooperant behavior.So teamwork doesn't bring about better performance.
