Team pattern mostly promote organizational performance.Team pattern has been adopted by many enterprises and it is a prevalent tendency. But it has some problems in the teamwork which we call Team potential paradox. Team potential paradox includes personality paradox, trust paradox and dependence paradox which obstruct Team cooperant behavior.So teamwork doesn't bring about better performance. We need to explore factors which influence team cooperative standard and their relation.We can promote team cooperative standard by influencing the factors.This article reviews team cooperative behavior's theory and expounds internal factors which influence team cooperative behavior in the Literature Review. It put forwards its analytical framework. From the internal factors, this article researchs the team structure, team objective, team leadership and team communication. And it explores these factors how to influence team cooperative standard and their relations.By applying spss, this article explores the case and its team cooperative standard's influencing factors.And it raises some proposals to the company which we study. At last, this article put forwards conclusion which considers positive-going relation between team structure, team objective, team leadership, team communication and team cooperative standard.
