Research On Performance Evaluation Of Sustainable Development Of International Logistics

Under the background of “ Internet + ”,international trade has gained prosperity and development.With the proposal of “One Belt One Road”strategy,modern logistics has become an important fundamental industry of national economy and international logistics is developing rapidly.At the same time,problems like consumption of resources and environmental pollution have become increasingly serious issue.Consequently,sustainable development is an inevitable solution for economic and social development.International logistics,as an energy-consuming industry,consumes a lot of resources for development and operation.Meanwhile,the pollutants emitted cause great harm to the environment.Therefore,it is especially necessary to practice the concept of sustainable development throughout its business management.To enable companies to fully understand their situation and to make optimal sustainable development decisions,it is important to evaluate the performance of international logistics sustainable development.This paper takes the performance evaluation of sustainable development of international logistics as the research object.Through improving the BSC and analyzing the causal relationship between indicators,this paper has established a5-dimensional evaluation indicator system that consists finance,customer,internal process,learning growth,and environment.After that,BP neural network is taken as the basic model to develop a practical and feasible international logistics sustainable development performance evaluation model by determining weights of various indicators with analytic hierarchy method,then data of 15 representative international logistics companies were selected for model training and simulation test.The result shows that the model features high accuracy,practicality and operability.The finding has provided a theoretical basis and practical method for further research in the future.The main content and innovative of the paper include the following three points:First,an international logistics sustainable development performance evaluation indicator system was constructed.By drawing on the research results of the existing system performance evaluation,combining with the analysis of the various links of logistics and analyzing relation among indicators,this paper has established an international logistics sustainable development performance evaluation indicator system was constructed that consists 5 first-class indicators,10 second-class indicators and 25 third-class indicators from five dimensions:finance,customer,internal process,learning and growth and environment.Second,BP neural network is applied in the comprehensive performance evaluation of international logistics sustainable development.After analyzing various performance evaluation methods,considering the more evaluation indicators and the advantages of BP neural network method in evaluating multi-index system and improving the evaluation accuracy,this paper uses BP neural network method as the basic model and passes the analytic hierarchy process for solving the problem of slow convergence and local optimization.Moreover,it proposes a new model for the performance evaluation of international logistics sustainable development.Third,working out an sustainable development strategy for international logistics enterprises is significant for guiding.Through evaluating performance of the sustainable development of international logistics,international logistics companies can have a clear idea about their strengths and weaknesses and finally help decision makers to develop correspondingly sustainable develop countermeasures to promote the overall improvement and development of the international logistics.Furthermore,this research and the thinking features certain significance for guiding.Since there are relatively few studies on the sustainable development of international logistics at home and abroad,this paper can produce certain theoretical value for future studies.
