Under the background of economic globalization,the business decision-making environment is increasingly complex,customer's needs tend to be personalized,the industry competition is fiercer,the speed of technological innovation is accelerating,the market environment is obvious uncertain,and the product life cycle is shorter and shorter.These put forward higher requirements for the responsiveness and flexibility of the supply chain operations,so that the supply chain began to emphasize the coordinated management of resources and competitiveness.However,the continuous development of big data technology provides the basis for collaborative decision-making in supply chains.It collects operational data from the supply chain,mines hidden data relationships,and predicts the behavior of supply chain nodes to implement data-driven decision-making.It can be seen that supply chain collaborative management based on big data is an inevitable trend.Under the above background,this study examines the connotation and mechanism of the supply chain collaboration mechanism from the perspective of big data.Based on synergetic theory,game theory and other methods,this study explores the meaning and implementation process of the supply chain collaboration mechanism.The full text is divided into the following six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction.First of all,it elaborates the research background,significance and purpose of this article.Through combing relevant literatures at home and abroad,it discusses the current research status of supply chain collaboration theory and practice.Secondly,the research content of the article was introduced and the research methods were introduced.The second chapter introduces the theory of supply chain management,coordination theory and big data theory in detail.Based on three theories,the method and level of supply chain collaboration is elaborated.The third chapter studies the strategic coordination of supply chain.The supplier's behavior is described in terms of data.According to supplier's big data,the supplier's portrait is constructed,and a new model of supplier's collaborative management based on supplier's portrait is proposed.And the suppliers were divided into four categories: primary adaptation,relationship growth,relationship maturity,and strategic stability.The supplier's collaborative management strategy was proposed.The fourth chapter studies the supply chain tactical coordination problem.From the perspective of big-data suppliers joining the supply chain,consider the coordinated allocation of supply chain costs after investing in big data technology.Separately establish a supply chain profit model in which manufacturers and suppliers individually bear the cost of big data and share the cost of big data.Simulation results show that regardless of the cost allocation method,joint decision-making is the basis for achieving supply chain collaboration.The fifth chapter deals with the problem of supply chain operation coordination.First of all,it elaborates the characteristics of supply chain information flow in big data environment.Then,the process of information flow in the traditional supply chain and big data supply chain is compared and analyzed,and two kinds of supply chain information collaborative transfer process models are established.Finally,the Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the two models,which verifies the effect of cooperative delivery of information flow in the supply chain under the big data environment.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.The main research contents and conclusions of the full text are summarized,the defects and deficiencies of the article are pointed out,and the problems to be studied in the follow-up are introduced.
