The Applied Research Of Enterprise Management For Water-freight Companies Based On Input-output Theory

The technology of Input-output Analysis has been more than 70 years from birth to the present and it developed greatly not only in theory but also in practice. But currently, the method of input-output is applied in the area of macroeconomic analysis far more than in the micro-economic areas. It should be emphasized that the input-output survey research is indeed effective means for micro-economic phenomenon of the company. In recent years, Qingdao port has been developed by leaps and bounds because of unique geographical location and Hinterland economy formed by manufacturing bases in the peninsula, and the water freight industry ushered an unprecedented development opportunity. In this context, the input-output analysis applied to water freight enterprise management will be enhance the efficiency of resource and achieve maximum Earnings and thereby has important practical significance.This paper introduces the basic principles of input-output tables,the preparation status in China and the situations of application. It also describes the basic model and the main factors of input-output analysis in detail. On this basis, outlined several relative theories of input-output analysis for enterprises and according to the characteristics of Water freight companies designs input-output survey programmer and prepares the survey tables in order to Access the information of the constitute of costs, period fees and profits. The author also puts forward the ideas of the application of input-output in many ways such as production structure analysis, the cost-benefit analysis, business plan development and optimization, management methods innovations. In order to verify the theoretical concept in this paper, also selected a representative company of the Qingdao port industries to develop water input-output survey of applied research, guide the company in completing the questionnaire of input and output, and based on input-output data obtained by the survey, puts forward preliminary proposals to achieve the optimal allocation of production factors and increasing the economic efficiency of enterprises.
