As Chinese living level is improving and industry technology is developing so fast ,Chinese sauce industry appears all-time boom and flourish. increase extent exceeds 10% in decade, totalling turnout has overuned 10 million ton. Requiry quantity stabilizates absoutly and increases so fast, become the new increase economic point in the food industry. The information of industry correlation institution shows,there are more than 7000 enterprises in sauce industry after 20 years. At the same time,chinese sauce enterprise also meet the hereinafter situation. first,market centralize degree is very low; second, according to the Chinese sauce internet statute in 2007,over 90% enterprises are the small size; third, enterprise production is very single. This article analyses deeply the outside and inside circumstance's status quo which the sauce enterprises locate in, use the four factors strategic management as the theory base, and probe into the enterprise by the SWOT model, gain the right developing strategy for the enterprise ; this paper researches the purpose that the enterprise use the article research results, can improve the competitive superiority on the product in the same industry , strengthens the enterprise's core competitive strength , then better fit for the complex market circumstance. According to a series of problems that bring forward in the article, this article then open out the strategic problems to analyze and probe in systematical. On the theory prepare, need to syncretize all side enterprise strategic management theory, and involves in the economics,management,psychics,organizational behavior and so on. This article has eleven chapters, includes four factors strategic management, general circumstance's introduction, outside and inside factors research, enterprise's future objective and so on. Through study and analyze deeply, at last conclude the developing strategy which it's the center-diversification, for example, use to purchase other enterprise in the same industry, build up the best departments than other enterprise's, then can reduce the enterprise's threaten, strengthen the enterprise's competitive advantage and opporunity. Of course, any enterprise development can not relay on the right strategic management, there also have so many factors affect the enterprise development, for example, the good human resource management, economics and finance, entrepreneurship, marketing and so on; but, if the enterprise can choose the good strategic management, and realize it, the enterprise can succeed in the future.
