| This paper takes the Development Strategy of China Netcom Group Corporation A Branch as research objective. This paper firstly discussed the importance of the strategy transformation and the strategy implementation to China Netcom Group Corporation when it comes to the age of market opportunities and challenge coexist. As a case study, this paper adopted the strategy management theory and other relative economic theory and analysis method and tools to make thorough analysis for development strategy of A Branch. This leads to the systematically strategy planning for A Branch.By the means of analysis the grant environment which A branch is facing, including the political and legislate factors, economic factors, technical factors, present competitors, potential new comers, substitutes, suppliers and customers etc. the writer finds although the such so-called grand environment is sounding to the development of A branch, they are still undertaking great pressure for survival due to the threaten by the technical and substitute solution respectively.After analysis the present situation of A branch, the writer was to make thorough analysis on its internal environment, including the organization structure,HR,services, marketing and business process,and point out the strengths and weaknesses of its internal environment.On the above bases, the writer was to make thorough analysis through some analysis tools-Five Competitive Force, SWOT Matrix, Using and Ambulant Matrix,and gaves the new and clear development strategy of A branch.
